evolve Beach Club:
In-Cahoots events is the producer of evolve Beach Club which is held at the Artisan Hotel. When attending evolve Beach Club, you and your Guests are now Guests of the Artisan Hotel. In-Cahoots Events LLC has no control over Hotel Policies, Employees or physical appearance of the property. Any concerns, questions, disputes regarding the Artisan Hotel must be directed to the Hotel Management or Hotel Staff. In-Cahoots events is not responsible or liable for any issues pertaining to The Hotel Property and Staff.
Payments for the rental of a Daybed and/or Cabana are for use during that events day time hours. Beverage/Bar credit, if applicable, is not redeemable for cash. Beverage/Bar credit are handled by The Artisan Hotel and the Artisan Hotel Servers or Bartenders.
evolve Beach Club - Cancellation Policy
- All pre-sale purchases are final. Day Beds and Cabanas are pre-booked to guarantee the reservation. Booked Cabanas and Daybeds will be held all day until your arrival. No refunds for no shows.
- A credit will be issued If pool is closed for longer than half the time open due to Acts of God ie: inclement weather, earthquakes excessive heat etc. Credit for another evolve Beach Club event will then be issued. Credits will not be issued if pool remains open.
- Payment is for rental of Daybed and Cabana. Included Bar/Beverage Credits, if applicable, are paid to the bar and will be handled by the Hotel Servers / Bartenders.
- There are no refunds for Bar/Beverage credits. evolve Beach Club / In-cahoots events are not responsible for the bar service at the pool location. This is handled through the Artisan hotel and any questions, disputes, concerns, etc must be directed to the Artisan Hotel.
Other Events (non-pool) Cancellation Policy:
Refunds can be requested up to 7 days in advance of the event.
There are no refunds on holiday weekends, fight weekends or special events.
The event deposit is subject to a 25% cancellation fee.
Any cancellation 7 days or less before the event will receive no refund of deposit received and 50% of the total amount plus administration fees that might be imposed.
If the group cancels any part of the event for any reason during the event, no refunds or prorated fees will be granted.
If your party fails to show up at a selected venue for any reason prior or during the event, no refunds or prorated fees will be granted.
Cancellation more than 7 days in advance: 15% administration fee
Cancellation less than 48 hours prior to departure date and time or no-show: 100% of the total amount
Tickets for events or attractions are non-refundable
Airport transfer services are non-refundable
Identification:
All guests MUST have valid photo identification with them at all times showing they are over 21.
Valid forms of ID are government issued Drivers Licenses, Passports and Military IDs.
A photo copy of your drivers license or your birth certificate is not accepted.
In-Cahoots Events is NOT responsible for denied entry to any venue because of improper identification and refunds will not be issued.
VIP Hosted Entry:
In-Cahoots Events does not issue 'Line Passes'. Your In-Cahoots Events Independent VIP Host will personally greet you and escort you past the lines directly into the Venue. In-Cahoots Events has arranged to have all cover charges paid in advance with the clubs.
VIP Bottle Service:
These packages include VIP Hosted Entry and VIP Bottle Service. Your In-Cahoots Events representative will contact you prior to the start of the evening to go over you liquor choices. Your In-Cahoots Events Independent VIP Host will be securing your table and bottle choices at the beginning of the evening. All tax, gratuities, service fees and bottles are included in your package. Gratuities are not included for additional beverages and bottles your group may order throughout the evening. You are responsible for all additional charges your group incurs. Any damages caused by any member of your group ie: guests getting sick, shoe heel punctures to the furniture upholstery etc. is your responsibility.
Dress Code:
Las Vegas Nightclubs have very STRICT dress codes. All guests must be dressed appropriately. As a general rule, tennis shoes, flip flops, sandals, sports jerseys, sports caps, shorts, and tank-tops are not allowed.
-Men: Dress pants or fashionable jeans, dress shoes and collared shirt is standard code.
-Ladies: Skirts, dresses, designer jeans, dress sandals or pumps is standard code.
The only exceptions are for 100% take-over events. Dress code will be listed for each event accordingly.
Public venues have reserved the right to refuse entry. Contact your In-Cahoots Events representative if you have any questions prior to the nights activities.
Nudity and sexually explicit acts are not allowed at any public facility.
Disruptive Behavior or Being Intoxicated:
In-Cahoots Events is NOT responsible for denied entry into any venue due to being intoxicated or disruptive behavior. Refunds will not be issued.
Limousine / Party Bus Service:
Client will know their exact Limousine/Party Bus pickup times. Please be at the designated pick-up location early. Because of their strict time schedule any client that is over 15 minutes late will forfeit their ride. No reimbursement will be issued. Rescheduling of your transportation will result in additional costs and will be charged to the card on file.
If anyone in your group gets sick in the Limousine or Party Bus, the organizer will be charged a cleaning fee of $250.00 and will be responsible to cover any loss fares resulting in the time the Limousine or party bus has to be pulled from service to sanitize the vehicle.
Reservation Fee:
An 6.5% reservation fee will apply to bookings made via our website or call center.
Availability:
The travel products and services sold through this site are subject to availability and can be withdrawn without notice if this happens, In-Cahoots Events will make every attempt possible to execute your event with an equal or greater substitute. All-inclusive packages are confirmed when full payment is received.
We request that you carefully check the dates on your voucher and receipt and to contact us immediately if these are not correct.
GENERAL
You must be 21 years old to purchase services from In-Cahoots Events LLC in Las Vegas. Each member of the group will be asked to present a valid picture I.D. at the venues visited with In-Cahoots Events LLC. Any member of the group that is not 21 years of age trying to enter a booked Nightclub event will not receive a refund. Individual venues reserve the right to refuse service to whomever they wish. Acts of God and reservations made at venues during busy holidays, large conventions, and special buy out situations may result in last minute cancellations beyond In-Cahoots Events control. If a situation does arise, In-Cahoots Events LLC will make every effort to replace a scheduled event with an equal or greater experience than what was previously arranged.
Please arrive on time at the designated meeting area determined by your host. Showing up more than 15 minutes late for a club reservation, limo transportation, dinner reservation, show time, or other activity could result in the forfeiture of your reservation. Keeping a direct communication line open with your host’s cell phone is crucial and mandatory.
If a Gentlemen's club, Men of Sapphires or Men of Olympia event, Posh Nightclub located at the Crazy Horse III is booked, the client MUST arrive in the scheduled pre-arranged transportation or their own personal transportation. Arriving at the venue in a public hailed vehicle such as a taxi cab or other limousine will incur additional entry costs that the guest will be responsible for.
EXPRESS ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND RELEASE OF CLAIMS
YOU ARE WAIVING LEGAL RIGHTS PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
By submitting a purchase of a In-Cahoots Events All-inclusive package you agree to the following:
I am at least 21 years old. I want to purchase a V.I.P. Package from In-Cahoots Events LLC which in this document means all of its independent contractors, affiliates, officers, directors, employees and agents). I, and my entire group, agree to indemnify and hold In-Cahoots Events LLC harmless, and we assume full responsibility of risk and liability for any property damage, personal injury, disease, or wrongful death arising from or related to my use of the V.I.P. Package and/or any and all services provided by In-Cahoots Events LLC . In consideration of receiving this V.I.P. Package, I agree:
1. That there may be risks involved in using the V.I.P. Package, possibly by In-Cahoots Events LLC, vendors, venues or others. I FREELY AND EXPRESSLY ASSUME ALL SUCH RISKS. I understand that the V.I.P. Package offered by In-Cahoots Events LLC is a concierge service and that In-Cahoots Events LLC is not a provider of the activities, but is acting solely as the organizer of the activities in the V.I.P. Package in which I consciously and willfully want to engage. I understand that In-Cahoots Events LLC exercises no control over those vendors, venues or others who provide these activities, but that it only plays a role in selecting and compiling those providers. For example, I understand that there is risk of property damage, personal injury, disease, or death arising from transportation in a motor vehicle, eating food or consuming alcohol, using another’s premises, negligent or intentional acts of third parties (including, but not limited to, the providers of the activities in the V.I.P. Package), engaging in any illegal or risky conduct, and the provision of any service under the V.I.P. Package. I understand that I am responsible for my own behavior and personal property damage.
2. I forever RELEASE, WAIVE AND DISCHARGE and HOLD In-Cahoots Events LLC HARMLESS AND FREE FROM BLAME AND LIABILITY for any claims, causes of action or other rights arising from or related to my use of the V.I.P. Package, including, but not limited to, property damage, personal injury, disease, or wrongful death caused by negligence of a In-Cahoots Events Independent VIP Host.
3. I will not, on behalf of myself or anyone else makes a claim against In-Cahoots Events LLC for any injury related to use of the V.I.P. Package, even if the injury is caused by negligence of a In-Cahoots Events Independent VIP Host. I am free to sue or make a claim against others besides In-Cahoots Events LLC related to my use of the V.I.P. Package.
4. I will indemnify and hold In-Cahoots Events LLC harmless, including, but not limited to, attorneys fees and other expenses, from any breach of this agreement or use of the services provided by In-Cahoots Events LLC.
5. This agreement shall not be modified or revoked except by an express written consent of In-Cahoots Events LLC.
6. The laws of the state of Nevada shall govern this agreement, and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts in Clark County, Nevada, in all contingencies and disputes arising from your use of this site.
7. If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be unenforceable, such provision shall still be enforced to the fullest extent of applicable law and shall not affect the enforceability of the remaining provisions. These terms and conditions represent the entire agreement between you and In-Cahoots Events LLC.
